Terms of Service

QualifAI is a smart SMS lead qualification platform that automatically qualifies inbound leads, scores them 0–100, and schedules follow-ups. The Service uses Twilio for SMS, Anthropic Claude and DeepSeek for inference, Supabase for data storage, and Ollama for local model serving.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
• Provide accurate, complete account information and keep it current.
• Usage must be for legitimate B2B lead qualification purposes.
• Keep credentials confidential — you are responsible for all account activity.
• Report unauthorized use immediately.

• Monthly — $999/month, billed in advance.
• Launch — $2,999 one-time setup + first month combined.

All prices exclude applicable taxes. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension after 5 business days' notice.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other communications laws.
• Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or target individuals unlawfully.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or republish qualification data as a public dataset.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Do not probe, scan, or test Service vulnerabilities.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Flow-Forges retains all rights in the Service — source code, prompt templates, scoring algorithms, UI designs, and brand assets. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your subscription duration. You retain all rights to your lead data, client configurations, and conversation transcripts — that data belongs to you.

You may terminate by emailing billing@flow-forges.com. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment, or activity posing legal or security risk. Upon termination, data retention follows the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is given that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that qualification results will be fully accurate or guarantee conversions.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under your local jurisdiction.

Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
